Usually, the details formed at the time of form filling are considered for admission. It is obvious that nobody knows what is going to happen in the future. So most probably details filled during form fill-up is going to be considered. However, contact the concerned officials once and confirm.

If you can't produce OBC NCL certificate then you are considered as general rank . It doesn't create any problem in college allotment . You will not get benefit of obc NCL category rank .
