jee main 2019 counselling will be started via online in 2nd week of June 2019.JEE Main Counselling process comprises of various steps like registration, choice filling, seat allotment, seat acceptance & reporting to the allotted college.

1. to participate in jee main 2019 counselling and seat allotment , a candidate will have to register to JoSSA onlie mode and enter the roll no. and password.

2.fill and lock the choices in order of the preference of colleges.

3. based on the availability of seats , merits and preference entered ,candidates will be allotted seats.

4. once the seat is allotted candidates have to pay th required fees.

5. candidates will have to prefer their documents verified at the help centres.

6. once verification is done, candidates will have to report at the allotted institute.

yes, after you qualify your jee mains that is if your rank is under 2,24,000 then you can appear for the jee advanced 2019.
