See Math is always required in programming. Things like Discrete Mathematics is always required for any programmer. So if you want to have a good career then you need to know mathematics or else you will not be that much successful.

There are no college without math that provide BCA in Mumbai however following colleges do provide BCA without Maths:-

Christ University, Bangalore
Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research, Pune
Institute of Management Studies, Noida
Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar
