It is difficult to say which college is best because both are best in infrastructure and faculty.After analyzing Soo many review I reach to results you should go with Dev bhoomi institute of technology and engineering.Placement scenario of this institute is better than GRD,.I am not telling that placement of GRD is bad.Hostel accomodations, campus, faculties all these facilities are nearly same.Fee structure of Dev bhoomi is slightly greater than GRD.At last I reach to conclusions that you should go with Dev bhoomi.
