Hello

There are variety of courses which will give you stable career . Course depends on your interest .

If you are interested in medical stream , score good marks in +2 and give NEET , AIIMS exam . then you will get admission in good college . good college will give you good placements.

Same for non med stream ..in this case you nees to give JEE mains exam . once you get admission in top IITS and get good placement your future is secure .

This all depends on your hard work and your area of interest .
