AISEE stands for All India Scholarship Entrance Exam and AIYSEE stands for All India Youth Scholarship Entrance Exam. AISEE was distributing scholarship from a long time before AIYSEE existed. Both are more or less the same thing. They both provise you with scholarship but since AISEE existed even before AIYSEE, I would recommend you to go for AISEE. None of them are fake.
