Hi,
Since NTA has provided the correction window facility, it is highly advisable that you change your category written in the form. If you want to use EWS category, then make changes in your category as the category in the online application form will be seen while online counselling by MCC and further allotment of colleges.
You can visit official NTA site to know more details about the correction window facility and the timings of correction.
