The answer is NO.But the eligibility for the JEE mains is to score at least 75 percentage I'm your board examination.Hence even though ,they are not considered while giving you the admission through JEE main, having your overall board exam marks more than 75% makes you eligible for writing JEE main Hope this answer helps.Thank You.
