With 85 percentile in mains may I get Bangalore cse in amrita?

Since your percentile is 85, your approximate rank will be around 1,31,000 and that rank is too behind.
For Amrita School of Engineering, the maximum closing rank is around 10,000-12,000 depending on the difficulty of exam each year and the number of students applying.
You need a quite high percentile, atleast above 95, to get in so I'm sorry your chances of getting admission in Amrita are very low.
Don't get disappointed, there are several other great colleges so you should look into them.
