With a rank of4959 what r the possibility of getting all India quota seat in Mumbai Or Delhi or Bangalore

The possibility of getting a seat depends on which subject you would like to pursue. A non clinical seat is kind of easy to get in these cities at your rank. But if you are going for clinical subjects, even high end like Radiology then it’s hard to get without state reservations at your rank.
