Leadership Coaches who demonstrate the ICF Core Competencies are trained in essential elements along with an increased knowledge of Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, Team-Building, Communication, and more.
So, follow this process:
- Select a coaching program that is accredited with your chosen coaching body. (Always seek genuine coaching programs such as ICF and EMCC.)
- Complete the program (there will be greater LIVE interactions, practice sessions)
- Apply for a credential to the ICF or EMCC
- Follow the procedure, give the evaluation test
