counselling means your certificates will be checked for example your 12th memo, caste certificate,10th memo, etc and all other certificates which they have asked for.

you are supposed to show your certificates and get verified by them then you are allowed to opt for colleges on web colleges.

for giving options to colleges counselling is a must.
