the admission to b.tech and integrated course program will be on the basis of jee advanced rank, conducts by iits, after jee advanced results declared you need to apply in iist website, based on jee advanced and other academic score candidates will be shortlisted for admission.

Hello student to get admission into Indian Institute of science and technology you need to secure a rank below 3,000. As we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on merit rank.

You need to appear in jee main to get admission into IIST, Application form for jee main April exam start from 07th of February and shall remain open till 07th of March 2020.

Which means you need to have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 10+2. You can pick any of their 4 year Bachelor programmes like B.Tech in Physical Sciences, B.Tech in Avionics and B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering, etc. Or you can also pick up their 5 year Integrated courses in Master of Science in Astronomy and AstroPhysics, Master of Technology in Earth System Science, Master of Science in Solid State Physics and Master of Science in Optical Engineering, etc. Opportunities are amazing for academically brilliant candidates. With a CGPA of 7.5 or higher, subject to the availability of vacancies, you get placed in ISRO. Aero and Avio graduates have better prospects even outside ISRO.

For Bachelors programs, the admission is based on JEE advanced.

Minimum requirements are:
75% aggregate marks in class 12th board exam
Atleast 20% aggregate in JEE advanced; 5% in each of the subjects.
Your admission however depends on your JEE advanced
rank.

For Masters programs, admission is based on GATE/JEST/UGC NET

After qualifying with valid scores, you would be writing a IIST exam/ interview and selection would be based on that.

Minimum requirements:
60% aggregate in UG / 6.5 CGPA (of 10)
Should be a BE/Btech/Msc/MS or equivalent degree graduate.

Admission to Indian Institute of space science and Technology for B.Tech programmes is done on the basis of marks obtained in Jee advanced. To be eligible for IIST B.Tech admission, one need to qualify Jee Main as well as Jee Advanced. IIST offers admission on the basis of scores of national level exams for like JEE Advance , GATE, JEST, UGC NET etc. No entrance test is organized by the institution for admission into the courses.

Hello student yo need to score more than 99 percentile or rank below 2,000 to admission in Indian Institute of space science and technology trivandrum,as we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on merit rank.

JEE main eligibility :- candidates must passed class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 75 percent from a recognized board. Appearing candidates for class 12 are also eligible.

Hello aspirant. So here is the procedure for under graduation.

1.A student should secure minimum aggregate of 75 percent in class 12 or boards - this is for OC category. for SC/ST/PwD category students minimum of 65 percent  aggregate marks ned to be scored.

2. Student should clear the JEE mains and JEE  Advanced with the cut offs mentioned below

General - Minimum 20 percent aggregate marks with minimum 5 percent marks in each of the 3 subjects

OBC -Minimum 18 percent aggregate marks with minimum 4.5 percent marks in each of the 3 subjects

SC/ST/PD -Minimum 10 percent aggregate marks with minimum 2.5 percent marks in each of the 3 subjects

student need to apply to the college soon after the college releases application forms and Rank list is prepared based on the advanced score and called for councelling

The college is a well equipped one in terms of necessary infrastructure of the academic and non-academic domains of its body. The academic body is having a big tech based central library, well equipped laboratories of different fields. The lecture halls are big, smart tech based. The whole campus is served with a super fast WIFI services. Hostels are big and well maintained. There is a central gym, sports court, recreation hall, amphitheater, basket ball court, cricket ground as part of sports.
