The two year Post Graduate Program in Manageme https://www.greatlakes.edu.in/pgpm-flex/financialsnt - Flex helps working executives/entrepreneurs to develop holistic management competencies and prepares them for a fast track career growth. PGPM Flex is aimed at ambitious, goal-oriented, career -focused working professionals with typically 2 to 10 years of work experience, on the lookout for their career progression. The program allows executives to pursue a world class management program while providing them the flexibility of continuing their work and helps them leverage the classroom learning in their professional roles. This 8 term (with classroom learning every alternate weekend) rigorous, fully mentored holistic program takes the work experience of the participants into consideration and facilitates their understanding of the interaction between the various functional areas of a business system. The program provides a cross-industry peer environment inside the classroom for synergistic learning with top faculty from the Great Lakes faculty pool and visiting faculty from industry and academia. Like the one year full-time PGPM program, PGPM Flex also emphasizes on skill development, teamwork, inclusivity principles and value-based management along with a program-long schedule of group and executive coaching, 360-degree assessments and team activities, designed to unleash the leadership potential in the participants and transform them into “Business Ready Managers”.
Candidates who do not have a valid [<2 years] CAT, XAT, GMAT, MAT or CMAT score might have to write the Great Lakes Entrance test GREAT.
Should have completed a minimum 10+2+3 years of education with an academic track record of 60% throughout from 10th standard through graduation
Should have a minimum work experience of at least 24 months. Candidates with 18-24 months work ex will be considered, if found to be exceptionally good.
Candidates who meet all admissions criteria and who need to write the written test would be called for the GREAT test.
The personal interviews would be held in Chennai.
Selected candidates would be intimated of the results, with instructions for payment of fees and completion of any other admissions formalities
For candidates who are directly sponsored by their organizations, the institute would enter into an agreement with the employer
Participants once admitted into the program shall abide by the rules, regulations and codes of conduct of the institute. Any deviation shall entail appropriate action which may include expulsion from the program, if found warranted by the institute
