Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Kovalam is the only central IHM in Kerala under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. IHMCT Kovalam provides admission to the diploma and undergraduate courses. IHMCT Kovalam admissions are conducted online on the basis of the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examinations (NCHMCT JEE) examination, conducted by the NTA.
