The State Institute of Hospitality Management (SIHM), Kozhikode is an Autonomous Institute which is sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India and the Department of Tourism, Govt. of Kerala. The SIHM, Kozhikode is affiliated with the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Noida and Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi. The State Institute of Hospitality Management, Kozhikode offers courses including B.Sc (Hospitality and Hotel Administration) and Diploma in Management (Food and Beverage Service, Food Production, Housekeeping Operation), Office Operations and Bakery and confectionery.
