PRIMS provides separate boys hostel facilities in a very safe environment. The hostel buildings are very close to the college premises and can be reached within two minutes walk. The hostel rooms have air-conditioned facilities which are optional and other facilities including the computer with free internet access, gymnasium, Recreation Rooms, Beauty Parlour, Indoor Games are available. There are separate dining facilities for the boys on-campus. The mess provides healthy and hygienic cuisines.

The college has a library facility for all students. Medical Books –Of Titles – 2481, Total no. of volumes – 6067, Journals –14 – National Journals, 06 – International Journals.

The sports complex is spread over a vast area with the separate ground for Football, Cricket, Basketball, Tennis Court. Indoor games are also available. Several events can be conducted at the same time in different venue.

The college has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

All stationery and general items are available in the stores. Apart from these eatables, cool drinks, ice creams etc., of a renowned branded quality are also available.

A fully air-conditioned Mammoth auditorium with 2000 seating capacity with all modern audio-visual facilities has been constructed.

PRIMS has four well – furnished and spacious lecture halls each with a seating capacity of 250. It is well – ventilated and lighted. Hall is equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment like OHPS, LCD Projector, Computers, and their Accessories, Cordless and Collar Microphones, Speakers and their accessories for the clarity and audibility of the lectures to access till the last bench students.

The Research lab is well spaced and equipped with high standard instruments to impart current research activities in various fields of medicine like Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Pathology, Forensic medicine and Community medicine.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.
