Hi there!!!
As you are getting 40 marks in jee so you will not be eligible to clear the cutoff of the examination however you can get some good private colleges as your expected board marks is 92% which is really a good score for 12th board pcm.You can try for Thapar university,ssn university,Karunya University, Amity university etc and can take admission easily in these colleges...

U can try in various pvt engg colleges like srm University, vit University, bits pilani, manipal University, symbiosis University as they don't give admission on the basis of jee mains marks as they conduct their own entrances as they are much much better than state universities.
