Call up for Service Selection Board (SSB) is issued on the basis of JEE (Main) All India Rank.
So, if you are applying for the NAVY, and your AIR is good among those who have applied, you can get a call letter from ssb.

Hello Aakash,
Your percentile is not enough for TES navy entry scheme for engineering.
Technical entry scheme for engineering in NAVY require very good rank .
There cutoff marks are around 120 and above after that they call for interview.
