Congratulations on your performance in NEET 2019.Now as you know the government college seats are filled up by 85% State Quota cutoffs, with individual counselling done by the authorities of the state.
Now based upon your state rank of 1396 you are eligible for many of the government colleges.You may not get all the best government colleges as the cutoffs are expected to be high this year.I would suggest you to wait for all the rounds of cutoff to be released for the top colleges.Don't worry you have secured a good ebc rank and also a good state rank which would help in getting most of the government colleges in Bihar.
