If you want to join ISRO then you have to BTech, BE degree. Infact you can a BSC graduate or MSc but it's related to engineering subjects like biotechnology, microbiology etc. You can be a doctor for ISRO.

The maximum age allowed 35 years and the minimum age for applying is 21 years of ISRO. Your degree qualification in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10. Then you can get chance to join thid firm. Your age is 28 years old. So you can get chance.
