Am i eligible for ugee 2019 and JeeMain2019 Apr ?I completed my 12th in 2017..If not is there any other entrance exams i can give in 2019??

You are definitely eligible .
But you are not eligible to give JEE advanced even you qualify JEE mains this year.
So prrppre well for the exam as you will get admission in top colleges of India through this. ( NIT s IIITs etc).
