As per Neet 2017 aadhar is mandatory for applying neet and name in the application as per the aadhar.

Hi, As per your query about candidate name in NEET application form and Aadhar card name issue, i would like to inform you that it should match with your other academic documents like 10 th and 12 th marksheet, if there is any discrepancy, you have the option for update of aadhar card, Usually aadhar card update takes 7-15 days... That will help you in NEET form also....

There would be no issue you can apply for the correction in adhar card as the name should be the same as it is in your 10th marksheet and meanwhile you can apply for NEET 2018 whenever the forms are out.
