Let me clear your doubt first by clearing your doubt that a neurosurgeon doesn't work in a single hospital they are always visiting doctors when they are called upon they have to show otherwise no need to go to hospital that to if paitent is available and they are visiting doctors in 3 to 4 hospitals or even more or less accordingly. Hence there payscale also vary accordingly. Yes there can be doctors earning alot but not 45 lakh a month, yes they might be earning around 20-25 lakh a month but 45 is way higher number. They might own several big hospitals then it's possible but a normal neurosurgeon cannot. Now talking about rolls royce one who dedicated to there work and future can purchase one.
