Let me clear your doubt first by clearing your doubt that a neurosurgeon doesn't work in a single hospital they are always visiting doctors when they are called upon they have to show otherwise no need to go to hospital that to if paitent is available and they are visiting doctors in 3 to 4 hospitals or even more or less accordingly. Hence there payscale also vary accordingly. Yes there can be doctors earning alot but not 45 lakh a month, yes they might be earning around 20-25 lakh a month but 45 is way higher number. They might own several big hospitals then it's possible but a normal neurosurgeon cannot. Now talking about rolls royce one who dedicated to there work and future can purchase one.

It seems like you are super desperate on living a luxurious life in future. You want the luxury  but for that you must hold everything you can do to achieve those luxury items you want.

See, there is no boundation on operating a particular no. Of  patients on a particular day. See, you are serving nation by treating the people, you are helping them to live freely without any problem.

Charging a particular amount is based on the hospital standards and the type of surgery so it is not fixed that you will be appointed eveytimr for surgery and definitely no doctor operates on daily basis.

So it is better to keep your dreams side and start working for them. Eventually they act as motivation but it is you who will fulfill them.
