Hey Sai,

Rank is your position in the exam. If you have secured 1 rank then your position is 1st means you will have to choose any college 1st. Your preference will be top then 2nd then 3rd....

There are many types of rank Like gereral rank - means it is your all india rank , it is your actual rank

Catagory rank- it means it is your caste rank in this rank you will get benefit of your caste or reservation.
