Yeah definitely you can, it's depend upon on whether you want to attempt both the month Mains papers or not , it's not at all compulsory. Make sure one thing in whichever month like January or in April you are giving the JEE MAINS that particular exams marks will be considered for the Counselling process and the rank will be allocated by the NTA on percentile basis to every candidates.
