Sir I have only one attempt remain. Can I attempt both exam in January and April also?

Actually, both the attempts ( in January and in April ) are considered as a single attempt only and the best from both the scored will be taken into consideration.
That will be the marks which will decide your rank.
So if you have only one attempt remaining then yes you can.
