Can i change my engineering college to a different university college and course after first year 1st mid exam? Do I need to pay some fees of the course and leave the college?

As you have secured a seat in the engineering college and considering you have already paid your fees for the first sem and your mid sem is also over so I would recommend you to kindly talk to the dean and tell him about your matter. He will be the right person to guide you in the next steps.
