can i get admission in any of the btech college in delhi . my jee mains marks is 23. and 12th percentage is 58.2?

Sorry to say but your jee maim marks are very poor and there's no chance at all of you getting admission to any college in delhi as the cutoffs for outside delhi students are already very high as compared to local students and in addition to that your score is very low. Moreover your 12 th percentage is too low to g3t admission in any of the college through jee mains as according to its eligibility criteria you need to have a minimum of 75%[general category] and 65% [for obc category] to be eligible for jee mains

Since your JEE Main marks are very low and eventhough your 12th percentage are also very low. So with this you can't be able to take a admission in any B.tech college in inside or outside the Delhi better you should take a year drop or you can try through management also if you are capable of that.
