There are two cutoffs now. One is the jee mains qualifying cutoff (for appearing in jee advanced) and the other is jee mains admission cutoff (for admission in participating colleges). If you are in any quota then you may get into some college. But if you are from the general quota then chances are impossible.
But if you fall into some quota then i would recommend you should wait until the whole process of admission completes.
Please check last 2 years cutoff also.
