Most probably you would get a seat in core and non technical branches of  medium and low  NIT's and IIIT . You can also try for JAC delhi counselling and other state level counselling . You may get computer science and electrical engineering your home state NIT as the cutoff is relatively lower .

As per the previous year cutoff even as a SC category the chance seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs with 76 percentile.

however you can try for state counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP, Etc.
