Yes, you can get good colleges by getting 200+ marks in jee mains paper 2 .Every year approx 150k-180k student participates in jee mains paper 2 examination.It's easy to score 250+ marks and it is considered as ideal marks.However at 200 marks your rank will be around 2800-3000 and thus you can get good colleges...
