Generally cutoffs changes every year as it depends upon various factors like, Difficulty level of the JEE mains paper, number off students applying for the Exam, etc.
But in general if you consider previous year cutoffs then it will be difficult for you to get IT with this rank as last year the closing rank was around 65K.
