Yes, you can go for 5th round of counselling in UPSEE but make sure you have done all the formalities that is you have to take provisional admission in the college which is alloted to you but don't freeze the college.

If you have allotted a seat and you have chosen float option then you can go for 5th round of counseling.

I had freezed the seat and I do not take admission Soo can I take part in 5 round

Now you cannot go but if there is any spot round then you can try in the same.
