no! you can't get admission ,if you are not a Maharashtrian.
You can't get admission in Maharashtra state government colleges if you are not a domicile of that state...neither through jee mains or mhtcet.
However ,you can apply for your state level engineering entrance exam and try to get admission in government colleges .
