can I upload by non creamy layer certificate issued on 15 April 2022 instead of OBC NCL CERTIFICATE for NEET 2022?

Hello Aspirant,
See both certificates are same because NCL comes under only OBC category. NCL stands for Non-Creamy Layer, OBC category is divided in 2 parts, one part stands for Creamy Layer who are considered as almost General because do not have any reservation benefits and other part is NCL, which gets all the reservation benefits.
