Can I write jee advance exam without uploading mu obc ncl certificate during registration process because I belong to bc-a category??

as you be eligible for writing jee advance exam without obc certificate
then in that case you will be treated in general category and you have to meet the cutoff of general category so that you will clear the exam
and if you want obc reservation then you must have obc certificate
