Hello aspirant,
You must carry the original id proof, as it is given in the cirrculum of NEET. They may not consider A photocopy as a valid id proof so to avoid any differences and problems it is suggested to carry original id proof. A valid id proof are aadhar card, voter id card, PAN card, passport. Hope the informatuon helps you
