class 12th admit/ hall ticket for 2021 not released yet. can apply for JEE without it ?

No you cannot apply without your 10+2 level hall ticket for Joint Entrance Examination Mains. The documents required for filling the JEE main application from are
- Scanned images of photograph, signature and Class 12 hall ticket
- Marksheet of class 10 and 12. Candidates who are appearing in class 12 have to enter details as per their class 12 hall ticket
- Category certificates (If belonging to reserved category)
- Debit card/Internet banking details for payment of application fees
- Photo Identity proof such as Aadhaar, Bank passbook, Ration card copy etc.
So without the 10+2 level Hall Ticket you cannot fill the application from.
