No, Masters in Artificial Intelligence is not offered through IIT JAM. The courses offered through IIT JAM in IITs and IISC are

M.Sc Mathematics
M.Sc Economics
M.Sc Chemistry
M.Sc Physics
M.Sc Applied Geology
M.Sc Biotechnology
M.Sc Mathematics and Computing
M.Sc Mathematics and Statistics
M.Sc Applied Mathematics
