Dear Student,

There are various eligibility criteria to apply for the 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme. These are given below.

The student must have passed 12th with atleast 75% marks in PCM, and atleast 50% marks in English only.
He has given JEE Mains .

Now the call for SSB will be issued to you on the basis of your rank in JEE Mains.Now as you have good marks in 12th but you have low rank in JEE Mains, so it is diificult for you to get a call for SSB. You can also visit the link given below to get all the latest updtaes about B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme.
