Hello aspirant,
i am sorry to inform you that your chances of getting into IIT are less with this rank. Previous year stats suggest that for general category every thing closes at about 8k general rank. you can try for other colleges like IISc and IISERs which accept JEE Advanced scores or you can try for other NITS, GFTIs according to your jee mains score.
