Hi Utkarsh,

There is no need to register in 2nd round of counseling. You need to register only once and participate in other rounds untill you lock a seat.

NO , you need not to register for the 2nd round of counseling as you need to register for only onceand you will be automaticaly eligible for all rounds of teh counseling until and unless the seat will be alloted to you or you have locked the seat.
