Do we get some concession in fees (if yes , how much) in private medical college according to NEET score or is it same for everyone ?

There are no concessions.
As everybody is getting selected through NEET examination, hence there wont be any concessions.
Some institutes like SRM has scholarships but you need to score well in the exams to get those.
