yes. JNU offer btech courses. it ha started taking admission in b.tech from 2018-2019. jnu has not conducted its own entrance examination. it allots candidate through all india level examination of jee main. see jnu is totally new in enginnering prospect.

Yes, Jawaharlal Nehru University takes engineering admissions on the basis of JEE mains. No separate counselling takes place. You need to enroll in JOSAA that is Joint Seat Allocation Authority and you will be allotted the seat according to your rank.
