If you have a JEE mains rank good enough to get CSE/IT in JIIT (sector 62 one) then you can go for either of them. Placement wise both are at similar level for CS/IT (in terms of visiting mass recruiters and high end companies like Amazon, SAP Labs).
If you are not getting sector 62, then KIIT would be a better option. Rest it depends on location and other preferences you have
