Registration number is the student's enrollment number/application number which you get at the time of form submission or registration is accepted by official in online while roll numbers are unique identification numbers that can be assigned to students at the time of admission or after. Please visit the email Id you provided during registration process. They must have send you an email with registration number mentioned there. Note it down and use.
