Your Neet score is too low to get any government medical college in India this year. Even if you belong to SC category your score should be minimum 370+ to get admission in mbbs course in government college .
So better take drop and try next year to score good.

Even though you are a Scheduled Category candidate, still you won't be able to get any government medical college with this score.
