See you can apply to either state counselling (Tamil Nadu) or AIQ counselling but kindly note that if you don't have OBC-NCL certificate than you will be considered as General candidate and even if you have Creamy Layer certificate then also you will be considered as general category aspirant and an unreserved seat will be allotted to you. So you should apply under General category or if you are going for state counselling then you can apply for BC category as well.
